1) How can I connect to your Customer Support?

APlease reach out to customer support by submitting your request via the "contact us" form or write to us at support@shamanclub.co and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

2) How do I cancel my order?

AIf you intend to cancel your order, please reach out to customer support by submitting your request via the "contact us" form with your order ID.

If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, only then we will be able to cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled post 24 hours after you have placed an order.

3) When will I get my order?

A: Our order processing time before an order is shipped out is 24 - 48 hours, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped out with the tracking link. The ETA for most of our orders is between 4-7 working days.

4) Where is my order?

AYou can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your mail id.

5) How do you ship your orders?

A: We ship your orders via DHL Express and provide end to end tracking details once your order is shipped out. The estimated delivery timeline is between 4-7 working days.

6) Can I change the items in my order?

AYes, it is only possible to change items in your order if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

 To change items in your order, please reach out to our customer support team by submitting your request via the "contact us" form with your order ID.

7) Are there any discounts on 1st purchase?

A: We offer an exclusive first time discount to our new customers. Use code 'shamanclub' for an additional discount of 10% on your order.

8) Can I change my shipping/billing address?

AYes, you can change your shipping or billing address within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped already, it gets difficult. Kindly reach out to our customer support team by submitting your request via the "contact us" form.

9) Can I change the items in my order?

AYes, it is only possible to change items in your order if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

10) How do I exchange or return my order/product?

AWe no longer have an exchange policy but you can return your items within 7 days of receiving the product.
