Refund/Return Policy

We will gladly replace or accept returns if the product is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong items. Products are only eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Full refund shall be provided in these cases if the customer wants to return the products.

We do not offer refunds if you receive the correct product and there is no complaint regarding the quality of the product. If the customer still wants to return the product for any reason, he/she will have to incur the return shipping charges. The refund amount shall be credited to the customer's store account as a gift card, which can be used for any future purchases on the store.

If eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Our products are made-to-order to your specifications. Our quality standards ensure that the product shipped is exclusive to your order, which means we are a bespoke label; your product is hand-made by SHAMAN, after your order is received. This also means that we cannot offer you an exchange if the product received by you was as per your order. (i.e. the precise size, colour, and design chosen at the time of ordering).

Colours as seen on your respective phone, laptop, desktop, television and other screens are always at a slight variance with real life colours. Please note that very slight variations from the photography on the site / social media, in lightness, saturation, +0.5/-0.5 inches deviation from relative displayed print size, are all excepted from this.
